Schedule: Monday – Friday, must have weekend availability

Salary: Based on level of experience

Position Overview:

Answers telephones, route calls, takes messages, and provides general information to customers; greets and directs visitors; answers routine inquiries; enters catering orders in system and generates internal tickets for kitchen production and staff personnel.

Responsibilities:

Ø Answering phone calls; taking orders and inputting in system

Ø Checking company email and replying to general inquiries

Ø Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction, commitment to a “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude”

Ø Greet visitors/customers in a professional manner

Ø Provide customers with information and assist them accordingly

Requirements:

Ø 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting

Ø Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and multitask

Ø Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Ø Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

Ø Strong attention to detail

Ø Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
